Job Description
Salesforce architects are responsible for designing and building custom applications on the Salesforce platform. They work closely with clients to understand their business needs, then use this information to design a solution that meets those needs in the most efficient way possible.
Reviewing new technologies and making recommendations for their use in the company’s products
Collaborating with other members of the team to ensure that the project meets its objectives
Designing system architectures that support business processes and improve performance, scalability, security, and reliability
Identifying opportunities to improve the way their organization uses technology products or services
Recommending improvements to existing applications or developing new software to meet business needs
Creating designs and prototypes to illustrate how new features or functionality will work
Assessing potential security risks and recommending changes to mitigate those risks
Working with other members of the development team to design and develop new applications or improve existing ones
Developing and documenting technical specifications for new applications or upgrades to existing ones
