Position Overview
Manifest Health is seeking a proactive, sales-oriented Relationship Manager to own and grow relationships with existing and prospective clients. This role is responsible for maintaining consistent communication, strengthening client engagement, and identifying opportunities to expand partnerships and drive recurring revenue.
The ideal candidate is both relationship-driven and commercially minded someone who can build trust while also uncovering opportunities for upselling and long-term account growth. This is an in-person/hybrid role which will require going into an office located in the Princeton area 3-5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management
• Serve as one of the primary point of contacts for past, current, and prospective clients
• Proactively reach out to clients to introduce services, maintain engagement, and ensure consistent communication
• Build and nurture long-term relationships to increase client retention and satisfaction
• Develop a deep understanding of each client’s needs, goals, and challenges
Account Growth & Revenue Generation
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Manifest Health’s services
• Drive recurring revenue by maintaining ongoing client engagement and repeat business
• Re-engage past clients and convert them into active accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service offerings
Outbound Engagement
• Conduct regular outreach via phone, email, in-person and virtual meetings to stay top-of-mind with clients
• Maintain a structured cadence of communication across all accounts
• Introduce Manifest Health’s capabilities to new and existing stakeholders within client organizations Account Strategy & Management
• Track client interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity in HubSpotin our CRM platform
• Develop account plans to grow key relationships over time
• Monitor account health and proactively address risks or gaps in engagement
Collaboration & Feedback
• Partner with marketing and operations teams to improve messaging and service delivery
• Provide client feedback and insights to help refine offerings and processes Qualifications
• 2–5+ years of experience in account management, relationship management, or sales
• Strong communication skills, particularly in phone-based outreach
• Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or similar)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in healthcare, market research, or B2B services. Experience in understanding healthcare is a plus.
• Background in consultative sales or customer success with revenue responsibility
• Familiarity with outbound sales strategies and account-based engagement
