We are offering a great work experience in Lisbon, Portugal for a role as a Italian Sales Department - Remote.

HOW YOUR DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE WOULD LOOK LIKE:
• Engaging with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs
• Promoting products or services and guiding customers toward the right solution
• Working towards individual and team sales targets
• Keeping accurate records of leads, opportunities and follow-ups
• Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
What do you need to be successful at this job?
• Language Maestro: Fluent in Italian, good English
• Persuasive, confident communication style
• Resilience and a target-driven mindset
• Good negotiation skills
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Comfortable working with performance-based incentives
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean criminal record
• B2+ English level
• Availability to relocate to Portugal (Lisbon, Porto, Setúbal or Covilhã)
Base Salary: 1400€ gross/month
Stable Career Path
- Initial 12-month employment contract.
- 12-month contract extension.
- Permanent contract after 2 years.
Working Schedule
- 40 hours per week.
- 8-hour shifts plus a 1-hour lunch break.
- Rotational shifts, Monday to Friday.
- Operating hours between 08:00 AM and 09:00 PM.
