The Project Coordinator supports the delivery of enterprise-level global training initiatives by managing detailed administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training sessions across global time zones.
- Send meeting invitations and manage calendars.
- Respond to learner inquiries within the client tenant.
- Update RAID logs and maintain documentation.
- Track attendance and compile feedback reports.
- Support trainer readiness and session setup.

- Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback from PM and client managers.
- Compliance: Adherence to enterprise standards for data handling and reporting.
This is a contractor position in the United States with the ability to work from home but may require travel to a client site.
