About the Role
The FareHarbor Sites Onboarding Team is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator who will lead clients, Account Managers, and Account Executives through the full lifecycle of complex website implementation projects – from project submission to website launch. Senior Project Coordinators apply knowledge of web design, SEO principles, and FareHarbor’s proprietary website theme to create project strategies, address technical and structural challenges, and guide clients toward high-converting websites.
In this role, you will own the translation of client business goals into website requirements and best practices, create and maintain project plans to adhere to deadlines, and ensure cross-functional teams execute against a shared vision. FareHarbor’s business model depends on optimized online booking flows. Therefore, the Senior Project Coordinator plays a critical part in optimizing each website’s structure and user experience to drive conversions.
FareHarbor Sites are built using an internally developed theme. A central responsibility of the Senior Project Coordinator is to provide expert-level guidance on how to best leverage the theme, evaluate feasibility for more complex use cases, and offer strategic alternatives when client requests exceed technical scope. You will proactively manage expectations, facilitate informed decision-making, and communicate technical considerations to partners such as Web Content Specialists, SEO Specialists, and Commercial Teams.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to synthesize advanced technical information, lead clients through nuanced or high-stakes website decisions, independently manage overlapping timelines, and maintain precise, well-organized project documentation. An effective Senior Project Coordinator is innovative and has a strong commitment to client satisfaction. You will coordinate multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, for which strong attention to detail is essential, along with a deep understanding of how modern websites are designed, structured, and optimized.
As the sole FareHarbor Sites representative in our Hawaii office, the Senior Project Coordinator will act as a key point of alignment between the Sites department and this office’s commercial teams. This role is responsible for representing and reinforcing the goals and processes of FareHarbor Sites Onboarding within the Hawaii office. You will primarily support FHS client onboarding across Hawaii, the APAC region, and the U.S. West Coast and report to our functional manager based in our U.S. office in Denver, Colorado.
What you’ll do here:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans for complex or high-priority website builds that outline the website vision, requirements, and technical considerations; ensure all documentation is aligned with project goals.
- Translate sophisticated client business needs into actionable technical direction, advising on website best practices.
- Lead client and internal meetings to gather information critical to the project, guide discussions on complex decisions, and share the rationale behind recommended solutions.
- Guide clients through unfamiliar technical concepts with clear and accurate explanations that support informed decision-making and promote best-practice adoption.
- Coordinate and influence cross-functional workflows across Web Content Specialists, SEO, and Commercial Teams to ensure all parties are aligned on scope and timeline.
- Manage and refine feedback loops for complex projects, ensuring multiple client inputs are synthesized and directed toward solutions that support both user experience and technical feasibility.
- Document and communicate key decisions and next steps to maintain project clarity across all stakeholders.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure websites meet FareHarbor’s technical and design best practices prior to launch.
- Develop a deep understanding of the site-building process and apply that expertise to troubleshoot issues, anticipate bottlenecks, and continuously improve onboarding processes.
- Contribute to team and departmental initiatives by supporting process development, training, documentation improvements, and other projects that elevate the Sites Onboarding Team.
