Job description
We are seeking a Workday Time and Absence Management Lead for a 6 to 12-month contract in a full-time capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday Time and Absence systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address business requirements, and providing support for system enhancements and troubleshooting. The role is hybrid and based in the Amsterdam Area, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Good experience in Workday Studio, Workday Orchestrate, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, and enterprise integration design.
- Certified in Workday Integrations and Studio
- Conduct integration discovery workshops to assess current systems, data flows, and integration requirements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expertise on Workday integration best practices, architecture, and security.
- Guide clients on Workday integration capabilities, helping them make informed decisions on integration design and deployment strategies
- Design and oversee the implementation of Workday integrations,
- Oversee integration testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution, ensuring smooth go-live transition.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects in existing Workday integrations, ensuring stability and minimal disruption to business processes.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance in all Workday integrations.
- Work with third-party applications vendors to facilitate secure data exchange and automation.
- Maintain and improve integration documentation, technical specifications, and best practices.
