Your impact:
- Add content to the admin panel: working with video, photo, and audio files, text materials, and a workout builder. Perform final content review before publication.
- Coordinate a remote team’s work, form and assign tasks, ensure timely delivery and quality of results.
- Manage the content population processes for the administrative platform, implement improvements, and optimize workflows.
- Administer the database: collect, structure, and organize content; conduct regular audits of materials to maintain their relevance and accuracy.
About you :
- Experience working with admin panels (CMS) and content, understanding of builder logic. Proficient in Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and self-organization skills, ability to learn quickly and take initiative in finding process optimization solutions.
- High focus and attention to detail. Ability to work with large volumes of information and perform routine tasks with quality.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher, confident communication both verbally and in writing.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Figma, Dropbox, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for task management, media files, and documentation.
- Experience in project and people management.
- Interest in health, fitness, and an active lifestyle.
