We established BHS Corrugated Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in May 2003 as a subsidiary of BHS Corrugated Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH, headquartered in Germany. Our parent company has been producing corrugating machines since 1960 and employs 1,600 staff across 7 factories and 22 service companies globally.

Our Shanghai office has 201-500 employees. We manufacture and distribute machinery developed by our German headquarters.

Our products include complete corrugated board plants and individual machines like unrollers, splicers, single facers, bridges, preheaters, glue units, heating and traction sections, short cross cutters, HyperBlade, slitter-scorers, cut-off knives, and stackers. We also offer digital printing solutions such as the BHS Jetliner series.

Our services provide digital lifecycle support, including Technical Service, Productivity Service & Training, spare parts, upgrades, and digital products like M2P®, NICE, iCorr® Assist Glasses, iCorr® Operations Support, and iCorr® eBusiness.

Recent innovations include NextGraphX for corrugated packaging production, the Corrugator Camera System for quality assurance, and the iBelt® system for improved pressure belt performance.

For apprentices, the starting gross salary is 1,035 €/month in the first year, increasing annually to up to 1,207 €/month in the fourth year. Apprentices and permanent employees also receive holiday and Christmas bonuses, as per the IGM collective agreement in Bavaria.
