We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion.

What is this position about?
This role is focused on designing intuitive, high-impact digital and AI-driven experiences for enterprise clients. The Senior Product Designer will work in a hybrid consulting and product development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align user needs with business objectives. This position requires a strong balance between hands-on execution and strategic thinking, with a focus on AI-first, human-centered design.
Job Description
- Lead end-to-end design processes, from discovery and user flows to high-fidelity prototypes and developer-ready assets.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to solve complex, data-driven challenges.
- Translate user research, business requirements, and technical constraints into intuitive and accessible interfaces.
- Design and iterate on AI-powered product experiences, applying human-centered design principles.
- Ensure high standards of visual design, interaction design, and usability across all deliverables.
- Contribute to and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Participate in client-facing sessions, presenting design solutions and incorporating feedback.
- Advocate for user experience best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in product design for web and/or mobile applications.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma and experience working with design systems.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, design thinking methodologies, UI patterns, and accessibility standards.
- Experience working with data-driven products, analytics dashboards, or AI/ML-based solutions is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a problem-solving mindset.
- Consulting or agency experience is a plus.
What about languages?
Advanced English level is required (written and spoken).
How much experience must I have?
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product design is required.
