Our engineering teams often work in globally distributed or fully remote squads. Some roles supporting US customers align with European time zones. Our squads are autonomous and own their roadmaps, while also aligning with shared initiatives and technical direction.

Benefits & Perks

We offer a competitive salary and stock options, including starting grants and additional annual high-performer grants.

You’ll receive 25 days of leave plus public holidays (or 20 days plus public holidays in the US), with additional time off or a company shutdown between Christmas and New Year. We provide private healthcare, through AXA in some regions, or covering medical, dental, and vision in others.

We offer a 3% employer pension contribution when you contribute 5%, or a 401(k) plan. Other benefits include a Cycle to Work scheme or Ride2Work, enhanced parental leave, and social events like lunches, breakfasts, and nights out. We also focus on learning, development, and mentorship.

Some roles offer hybrid flexibility with offices in London and Boston.
