The Role

As the Recurring Giving Conversion Specialist, you will help ensure accuracy, efficiency, and innovation in the areas of payment data, processes, migration, support, and more.

What You Will Do:

• Coordinate with internal and external teams to handle payment migration processes.
• Communicate payment migration-related information clearly and concisely across the organization as necessary.
• Oversee data transformation and migration processes, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Become an expert in migrating data to and within the Bloomerang platform.
• Translate complex technical information and processes into clear and concise documentation tailored to a variety of audiences.
• Establish and develop relationships with external payment processors and internal Bloomerang teams; implement best practices and process optimizations.
• Identify technical and procedural bottlenecks, support escalation management, and drive accountability across stakeholders.

What You Need To Succeed:

• Ability to document, communicate, and maintain payment policies and procedures.
• A knack for working with customers, team members, and vendors to ensure top payment experiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• A thoughtful, patient, and friendly communication style, and enjoy teaching/educating others through scalable content and documentation.
• An independent self-starter mentality, and ability to effectively manage your schedule to optimize productivity.
• Eagerness to learn new skills such as SQL, advanced Excel, and new technologies as we add them to our processes.
• Ability to actively explore, learn, and responsibly integrate AI tools into daily tasks to drive efficiency and support Bloomerang’s mission.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws

Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position (within the U.S. and select Canadian Provinces only). Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
