Founded in 2014, we are a women’s health company focused on maternal health. We combine connected devices with cloud-based data analytics to improve access to prenatal care, give women more control over their health, and provide clinicians with information to screen for and manage pregnancy complications. Our approach helps obstetricians screen for maternal and fetal risk, educate patients, and connect them with high-risk specialists, moving away from traditional in-person appointments and paper logs.

We offer a connected care platform for remote patient monitoring (RPM) in high-risk pregnancies. Our solutions include:

• Blood Pressure RPM: This cellular-enabled, FDA-cleared program provides home blood pressure monitoring.
• Blood Glucose RPM: Also cellular-enabled and FDA-cleared, it supports continuous glucose monitoring and finger stick methods, with automated tracking, measurement reminders, and real-time feedback for managing diabetes during pregnancy.
• Fetal Monitoring: We use a patented, patch-based home solution, which is FDA-cleared for maternal and fetal heart rate. It is an investigational device, pending clearance for uterine activity and full non-stress test (NST) indication.
• Health Screening: Our platform helps deploy standardized surveys (like PHQ-9, EPDS) and customizable digital assessments to collect symptoms and screen for Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) and mental health risks.

Our platform customizes to practice workflows, integrates with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and includes ongoing training. It has enterprise-grade cybersecurity (SOC2 TYPE2 compliant) to ensure data trust and clinical oversight. Our RPM programs have shown increased adherence to home blood pressure screening, fewer cases of preeclampsia and neonatal hypoglycemia, and better maternal glycemic control. We partner with health systems, private practices, and federally-qualified health clinics. Our solutions work on any smartphone, function without WiFi, are often covered by insurance, and support multiple languages. These services can also introduce new billable services for practices, reimbursed by Medicaid and commercial payers.

Our goal is to become a global provider of remote care for expectant women. We aim to solve significant global challenges in maternal health by redefining how prenatal care is delivered. Our approach focuses on improving birth outcomes through early detection and timely interventions, giving women more control over their health, and removing barriers to life-saving interventions. We advocate for moms, understand providers, and simplify workflows.

We are a team of 11 to 50 employees, operating in a fast-paced startup environment with a remote work culture.
