We founded Blue Water Thinking (BWT) in 2017 as a strategy, management, and technology consultancy for government agencies. We have 51-200 employees and are a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), verified by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE).

We offer interdisciplinary functional and technical expertise, providing agile solutions that help the government manage its finances responsibly. Our work includes supporting military and veteran healthcare programs with analytics and assessments to improve value, applying management advisory expertise to enhance decision-making and performance across agency programs, and helping federal agencies use data and technology for better digital services.

We also specialize in implementing modern financial management solutions, often cloud-based ERP systems like Momentum, for large federal programs. Additionally, we provide acquisition and contracting support services for agencies like the Department of Veterans Affairs, and offer IT infrastructure monitoring engineering, including SolarWinds environment implementation and support.
