The Opportunity:
At Blueberry, our doctors and patients are at the center of everything we do. We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative who can deliver a reliable, high-quality experience across phone, email, and chat while working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

What You’ll Own:
Support patients and doctors across phone, email, and chat channels
Resolve questions efficiently while ensuring a clear, professional experience
Follow established workflows and processes to ensure consistency and accuracy
Document interactions clearly to support follow-up, collaboration, and continuity of care
Use sound judgment to resolve issues independently and escalate when appropriate
Maintain strong awareness of SLAs and prioritize work accordingly
Experience You’ll Need:
Prior customer support experience (phone, email, or chat)
Experience working in remote or structured support environments is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple conversations at once
Consistent reliability, including punctuality and ownership of scheduled shifts
Attention to detail in documentation and task execution
Comfort working in a structured environment with defined processes
Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
