<strong>About the role</strong>

This is your opportunity to act as the local heartbeat of Bolt’s brand in Norway, Finland and Denmark. You’ll combine on-the-ground market insight with global strategy to deliver marketing that genuinely connects with local audiences. From generating buzz and building partnerships to executing social-first campaigns and supporting growth across Rides and Micromobility, you’ll own how Bolt shows up in your market.

You won’t just execute — you’ll think holistically about growth. That means managing budgets, identifying high-impact opportunities, collaborating closely with central brand, social, performance, and growth teams, and ensuring that global campaigns resonate locally. You’ll be part of the Northern Europe Local Marketing team and report to the Regional Marketing Manager, working cross-functionally across an ambitious, international organisation.

This role is ideal for someone who wants real autonomy, visibility, and the chance to directly influence brand growth in a key market.

<strong>Main tasks and responsibilities:</strong>

  • Own and execute the local marketing strategy in Norway/Finland and Denmark across Rides and Micromobility, driving measurable growth.
  • Plan and deliver buzzworthy, social-first campaigns that generate earned attention and strong local engagement.
  • Lead local social media execution and collaborate with creators and influencers to produce high-impact content.
  • Identify and activate scalable local partnerships that support acquisition and brand growth.
  • Support vertical-led initiatives such as airport activations, venue branding, car branding, and local rollouts.

Manage budgets, track performance, and use data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and investment decisions.

<strong>About you:</strong>

  • You have marketing experience, ideally within app-based platforms, marketplaces, or consumer brands.
  • You have a strong understanding of brand, social, partnerships, and/or performance marketing.
  • You have proven experience managing budgets and optimising campaigns based on metrics such as CAC, CPA, CTR, and LTV.
  • You’re comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • You can communicate fluently in English and Finnish/Norwegian.
  • You are proactive, structured, creative, and commercially minded — you combine cultural instinct with analytical thinking.
