Job Description
As a Process Specialist Engineer – Final Assembly, you will play a key role in shaping robust, efficient, and future-ready manufacturing processes within an international production network.
Your contribution to something big:
- Contributing to the development and implementation of new technologies within simultaneous engineering projects.
- Actively participating in the International Production Network (IPN), collaborating with global plants and stakeholders.
- Leading and coordinating plant-related activities within the IPN.
- Driving continuous improvement of equipment, products, and manufacturing processes.
- Defining process parameters, controls, and quality standards.
- Supporting machine and equipment specification, supplier selection, and purchasing processes.
- Participating in industrialization milestones and ensuring smooth process implementation.
- Monitoring process performance and manufacturing costs.
- Working in multidisciplinary teams to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
- Applying quality and process tools such as Control Plans, FMEA, and Process Guidelines.
- Collaborating closely with product development teams to ensure manufacturability and process robustness.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Education
- Master’s degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Mechatronics, Physics or similar).
Experience
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally in final assembly or industrialization.
Know-how
- Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control).
- Good understanding of data analytics applied to manufacturing.
- Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
- Familiarity with vision systems is a plus.
Languages
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.

- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
