About the Role
As an Account Coordinator, you will support the Management and Field teams in executing programs, tracking performance, and ensuring smooth operations. You will coordinate training, field logistics, reporting, and communication to help drive sales success and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Team Support & Coordination: Assist Management and Field Managers with daily operations, tasks, and program execution; step in during FM absences.
Sales & Performance Tracking: Maintain and optimize FSA tool; monitor KPIs, generate reports, and flag performance issues.
Training & Onboarding: Support training sessions and onboarding/offboarding of Sales Executives; manage field asset logistics.
Field Operations Oversight: Coordinate shipping of materials, maintain inventory, and ensure reporting compliance.
Reporting & Communication: Produce weekly/monthly reports, dashboards, newsletters, and meeting recaps; communicate updates to stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
