Community Engagement Lead

💰 $78k-$90k

Job Description

Welcome to Brightline! We are searching for a Community Engagement Lead to join our BrightLife Kids team. You have the exciting opportunity to be a critical part in advancing the mission of the partnership with Brightline and the Children and Youth Behavioral Initiative (CYBHI). The State of California selected Brightline — out of more than 450 vendors — to provide free virtual behavioral health services to families with children ages 0–12. This program, BrightLife Kids, launched January 1, 2024, and offers a modern, easy-to-use digital experience with live coaching, personalized resources, parent peer communities, and local referrals — all at no cost to families or the community.

As a Community Engagement Lead, you will be driving the adoption of BrightLife Kids across complex community ecosystems. This is a high-autonomy role designed for a professional who thrives on building high-level partnerships and influencing public health strategy. You won’t just execute an established plan; you will proactively identify opportunities, contribute to program design, and serve as a primary thought partner to senior external stakeholders. You will also spend time out in the field, interacting directly with families and communities looking for behavioral health support.
