Virtual mental health care for children and adolescents through pediatrician and school partnerships.

About Fort Health

We started Fort Health in 2022 to provide virtual mental health services, including online therapy and psychiatry, for children and adolescents aged 4-24. We focus on improving access to timely, insurance-covered pediatric mental healthcare by partnering with pediatricians and school staff.

We integrate into pediatrician workflows, offering direct referrals and collaborative care models. Our services include in-network therapy and psychiatry appointments, parent coaching, and free educational resources. We currently accept plans in NY, NJ, PA, TX, and IL.

Over 1,200 primary care providers and school staff refer patients to us. Our data shows 84% of patients improve after 12 weeks of care, and we contact 100% of referred families within one business day. We have over 70 providers on our team.

Fort Health was built in partnership with the Child Mind Institute, an independent non-profit focused on child mental health and learning disorders. Dr. Harold S. Koplewicz, MD, founding President and Medical Director of the Child Mind Institute, advises us.
