The Role
As a Specialist in Learning & Development, you will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering with senior stakeholders to design, deliver, and continuously evolve learning programs that support our consultants and business goals. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning, enabling knowledge sharing, and ensuring alignment with global learning strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable learning, leadership, and career development programs across in-person and virtual formats
- Facilitate engaging instructor-led training sessions focused on professional and interpersonal skills
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple learning programs, ensuring high-quality execution
- Evaluate program effectiveness using data and insights, continuously improving learning initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to align learning solutions with business priorities
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, including program design, delivery, and facilitation
- Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and inform decisions
- High attention to detail and ability to deliver in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Bonus Points For
- Experience in financial services or consulting environments
- Familiarity with learning technologies such as Cornerstone LMS, Beekast, MURAL, or MS Teams
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience working with global teams or aligning to global learning strategies
- Strong coaching or mentoring capabilities

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is listed below. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.

The base pay offered to selected candidates will be within the salary range and the placement will vary based upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity.
