Role Title: Project Manager Consultant – Investment Services / Capital Markets
Role Overview
The Project Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved within agreed scope, timeline, cost, and quality standards.
- Project Delivery
- Manage projects end-to-end
- Own project scope, timelines, resources, budget, and quality
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver project outcomes
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans and escalate when required
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, plans, and status reporting
Governance & Control
- Maintain project governance, quality controls, and decision forums
- Work with risk, security, and governance teams to ensure appropriate controls are in place
Financial & Business Support
- Support business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and financial forecasting
- Track budget and cost impacts throughout project delivery
- Support prioritization and investment decision-making where required
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the key liaison between businesses
- Communicate project progress clearly to sponsors and senior stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts effectively
Experience & Skills
- 10 years’ experience managing projects end-to-end
- Strong understanding of securities flow front to back
- Experience in Investment Services / Capital Markets
- Experience in complex implementation of projects
- Experience in consulting / business services is a plus
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, and communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and delivery-focused
- Fluency in Dutch or French is required with an excellent knowledge of English
- Willing to travel
