We are seeking a Business Analyst with solid experience in Fintech, particularly across CFD trading, stock operations, crypto eco systems and card issuing programs. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business and technology,
responsible for analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and defining scalable solutions to enhance reconciliation frameworks and system design globally.
This role is project- and analysis-focused, supporting the design, coordination, and delivery of key system and process enhancements rather than day-to-day operational management.
Responsabilities
Business Analysis & Process Design
- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements across multiple stakeholders and regions.
- Map current-state processes and define target operating models to support system uplift, standardization, and automation.
- Partner with Product, Operations, and Technology teams to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Contribute to the design of new system functionalities and workflows to improve accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
Reconciliation & System Implementation Projects
- Lead the business analysis and requirements definition for multiple reconciliation- related initiatives, including:
- Global rollout of the new reconciliation tool across existing and upcoming entities.
- Design and implementation of stock reconciliation processes between trading platforms, custodians, and internal systems.
- Design and delivery of crypto reconciliation frameworks, covering exchange, wallet, and ledger-level reconciliations.
- Reconciliation process design for card issuing programs, including transaction validation and settlement matching.
- Define end-to-end reconciliation workflows, data requirements, exception handling, and reporting outputs.
- Partner with technology teams to design and validate integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)and ensure business requirements are accurately implemented and documented.
- Act as the business representative for reconciliation and financial integrity projects, ensuring alignment across global teams.
Project Tracking & Governance
- Maintain clear visibility of project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, supporting effective project governance.
- Produce and manage BA documentation including BRDs, process flows, data mappings, and impact analyses.
- Communicate project status, risks, and design decisions to stakeholders and management in a structured and transparent manner.
- Support compliance and audit requirements by maintaining thorough documentation of business and functional changes.
Requirments
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Fintech, CFD, stocks, or crypto operations.
- Proven experience in business process design, requirements documentation, and system implementation within financial services.
- Strong understanding of financial products, reconciliation processes, and data integrity controls.
- Experience collaborating with technology teams to define data flows, integration logic, and functional specifications.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and data visualization tools(e.g.Tableau).
Nice to have
- Experience in global or multi-entity system rollouts.
- Familiarity with card issuing platforms and settlement processes.
- Understanding of crypto operations, blockchain data reconciliation, and related systems.
- Previous experience on Duco reconciliation software.
