We’re looking for a Senior MarTech Product Owner to co-own and drive the delivery of our next-generation CRM platform. This role sits at the heart of Product, Marketing, and Engineering, and will play a critical part in how we engage, retain, and communicate with our customers at scale. You’ll take ownership of a foundational platform used across the company, bring clarity to complex requirements, and help establish strong product discipline in MarTech. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with real ownership and visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Build CC CRM platform from discovery to delivery.
- Define the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Martech in close collaboration with stakeholders.
- Own end-to-end delivery with Engineering teams, ensuring quality, stability, and speed.
- Translate marketing, lifecycle, and customer engagement needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Ops, CX, and Engineering teams.
- Establish strong product ways of working, improving structure, delivery cadence, and decision-making.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally owning platform-level products.
- Strong technical understanding of CRM or Martech systems and how they scale.
- Proven ability to deliver complex products end-to-end in fast-moving environments.
- Experience translating business and marketing needs into robust product solutions.
- Comfortable owning roadmap, backlog, prioritisation, and delivery without heavy oversight.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- High ownership mindset, with the ability to work autonomously in a complex setup.
- Background in retail, e-commerce, SaaS, or high-scale consumer products is a strong plus.
Nice to have:
- Direct ownership of a CRM platform.
- Experience in growth, lifecycle, or engagement products.
- Exposure to regulated environments.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation or engagement tools.
