What you’ll do:
Paid media ownership:
Own strategy, execution and optimisation across Meta, TikTok and Snapchat
Act as a key performance partner on Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Demand Gen / App campaigns)
Manage and scale large, multi-market budgets with a strong focus on efficiency and growth
Drive full-funnel performance across acquisition, retargeting and lifecycle campaigns
Tracking & attribution (core focus):
Own paid media tracking architecture end to end (social + Google Ads)
Implement and maintain:
Platform pixels & SDKs
Server-side tracking (Meta CAPI, TikTok Events API, Google Enhanced Conversions)
SKAN & privacy-first measurement frameworks
Lead attribution strategy across platforms (platform-native, MMPs, internal models)
Partner with analytics teams on incrementality testing, attribution modelling and MMM
Ensure data quality and consistency across all paid media reporting
Automation & scalability:
Build and maintain automation frameworks across paid social and Google Ads
Budget pacing and reallocation
Bidding and scaling logic
Creative, keyword and audience testing
Work with APIs, feeds and internal tools to minimise manual work
Continuously improve efficiency and scalability of paid media systems
Analysis & experimentation:
Design rigorous cross-channel testing frameworks
Analyse performance holistically, not just channel-by-channel
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
What you’ll bring:
5+ years of experience in paid social / performance marketing
Deep hands-on expertise with Meta, TikTok and Snapchat
Strong Google Ads experience (Search, YouTube, App or Demand Gen)
Exceptional technical skills in tracking, attribution and automation
Proven experience with:
Server-side tracking & enhanced conversions
MMPs or custom attribution setups
SKAN, consent and privacy changes
Comfortable working with:
APIs, automation tools and feeds
SQL / BigQuery / Looker or similar analytics environments
Strong analytical mindset and attention to data quality
Confident cross-functional collaborator (analytics, engineering, product)
Fluent English
Nice to have:
- Experience in fintech, trading or regulated industries
- Hands-on scripting or programming (Python, JS)
- Experience owning incrementality or custom attribution models
- Mentoring or leading technically minded marketers
