Capital.com is expanding into new product verticals and product launches are becoming a core part of how we grow. We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of complex GTMs, partner closely with Product teams, and help us build the standards, playbooks, and ways of working that make Product Marketing a force multiplier across the company.
This is a hands-on role: you’ll shape positioning, build launch plans, execute with cross-functional teams, and stay close to performance. You’ll also help raise the bar across a young PMM function through mentoring and process building.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Product teams early to shape strategy, define target audiences, and sharpen product positioning and value propositions.
- Own end-to-end go-to-market planning for new launches (messaging, channels, launch plans, stakeholder alignment).
- Drive cross-functional execution with Product, Design, Growth, Compliance, and regional teams.
- Build clear launch frameworks and repeatable PMM playbooks that scale across product areas.
- Track performance and optimize post-launch: adoption, activation, and ongoing funnel improvements.
- Develop lifecycle strategies after launch to ensure sustained engagement and retention.
- Influence senior Product stakeholders and guide decision-making with customer insights and data.
- Coach and mentor PMMs in the team, sharing best practices and raising overall PMM craft.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Product Marketing (or a closely related role), ideally in fintech or a regulated environment.
- Proven track record owning multiple launches and leading GTM from discovery through execution and optimization.
- Strong positioning, messaging, and narrative-building skills — you can make complex products easy to understand.
- Experience working closely with Product and Design teams, with confidence influencing without direct authority.
- Comfortable operating in regulated contexts and balancing speed with compliance constraints.
- Clear evidence of impact on key metrics (e.g., adoption, activation, FTT/FTDD, trading activity, LTV, churn).
- Either deep expertise in crypto or a strong generalist mindset across trading/investments/banking — crypto interest is required.
- Experience building processes, frameworks, or playbooks, and a genuine mentoring mindset.
