Job Description
CD PROJEKT RED is looking for an ERP Team Lead to lead and develop a critical area supporting our internal systems and business processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, quality, and continuous improvement of systems, while building an efficient and high-performing team.
Your work will combine team leadership with hands-on coordination of projects and initiatives, as well as close collaboration with external partners. You will play a key role in aligning IT services with business needs, especially in areas such as finance, accounting, tax, and HR & payroll, providing both operational excellence and expert support to users.
This role sits at the intersection of technology and business, requiring strong ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on delivering reliable, high-quality services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high quality, stability, and continuous development of owned systems, as well as high quality and efficiency of the team’s deliverables.
- Prepare and execute development plans for supported systems.
- Manage the team, including shaping its structure and ways of working.
- Lead team members by setting and evaluating goals, supporting their professional growth, and assigning tasks.
- Manage the team’s budget, including cost control and financial planning.
- Oversee system administration tasks, particularly in areas such as system continuity, license management, user and access management, and backups.
- Build and maintain relationships with other departments, both from the ERP team perspective and across the broader IT Operations department.
- Coordinate and supervise cooperation with external vendors.
- Support other IT Operations teams and actively contribute to department-wide initiatives.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in analysis, development, or implementation of ERP systems (finance, accounting, payroll).
- Practical knowledge of system implementations and change management (both new solutions and development of existing systems).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building, managing, and developing a team, with strong organizational skills (both personal and team-level).
- Experience in leading initiatives or projects (end-to-end or as an area owner).
- Experience in managing cooperation with external vendors.
- Ability to manage backlog, priorities, and roadmap in collaboration with other teams and internal business stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with vendors and stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Experience working at the intersection of IT and business.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with business users; high level of professionalism.
- English and Polish proficiency at a minimum of B2 level.
Nice to have
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and regulations (accounting, controlling, tax, HR & payroll).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or/and other ERP.
- Experience working in an international environment.

Estimated pay range for this position: 26 200 – 36 000 PLN gross monthly. This role may be eligible for a long term incentive program (option to purchase CDPR stock after the vesting period).
