Job Description

We are looking for a manager to lead a team of compensation and benefits experts, take part in day-to-day tasks as well as bridge the gap between the CD PROJEKT RED Group strategic needs and tactical and operational approach to total rewards processes. This role will support the entire CD PROJEKT RED needs across two hubs: Warsaw and Boston.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and managing the following processes: job evaluation, market benchmarking, salary brackets review, short and long term budgeting and forecasting of headcount, salaries and OPEX, annual salary review, share-based compensation management, benefits management.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of rewards professionals, supporting their development and championing a collaborative environment.
  • Ensuring expected quality and timeline for each deliverable are met, deciding on the flow of work and priorities of various tasks.
  • Providing input to CD PROJEKT RED Group strategy.
  • Presenting and discussing team insights and recommendations in front of various CD PROJEKT RED Group stakeholders, including HR leadership, HR Partners and business managers.

Qualifications

  • Fluent command of English: ability to present and discuss HR topics and persuade partners.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and/or Google Workspace counterparts. VBA and/or JavaScript experience is nice to have.
  • Knowledge of at least one point-factor job evaluation methodology.
  • Proven track record of project and team management.
  • Ability to both synthesize and analyse, strategic thinking, problem solving, working under pressure.
  • Ability to make independent decisions/ recommendations and prioritise tasks when various business expectations collide.
  • Interest in the gaming industry is nice to have.

This role will report to the Total Rewards, People Analytics and Employment Director.

Additional Information

Working mode

In-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation is required.

Estimated pay range for this position: 22 600 – 31 000 PLN gross monthly. This role may be eligible for a long term incentive program (option to purchase CDPR stock after the vesting period).
