We were founded in 2004 by Eugene Hastey. We are a full-service IT support and solutions provider for businesses and non-profits with 5 to 500 computers in the Greater Seattle and Bellevue area.

We offer flat-fee IT services that include proactive monitoring, ²⁴⁄₇ support, security and software updates, and robust data backup and recovery at a fixed monthly cost. We also provide cybersecurity services, from strategic network defense planning to urgent incident response, and regulatory compliance services to help businesses follow legal guidelines for client data security.

We partner with technology providers such as Microsoft, Cisco, Quickbooks, SOPHOS, and Dell. We were nominated as the Greater Seattle Business Association’s (GSBA) New Business of the Year in 2006 and were a finalist for GSBA’s Business of the Year in 2010.

We started as a one-person operation and have grown into a small, client-focused group of technology specialists. Our culture emphasizes learning, growth, and directly impacting business direction and client outcomes.
