We build an AI-native operating system for insurance distribution management. Our platform combines a data model for transactions, policies, and hierarchies with an API-first architecture and an agentic AI layer. This foundation supports onboarding, producer management, and incentive compensation, and automates various distribution workflows.

Our system lets insurance carriers adapt hierarchies, integrate external data, and change compensation strategies without extensive custom development. It offers faster implementation, AI-driven insights and automation, and a scalable architecture for evolving distribution models.

Our key features include automated producer setup with NIPR integration and self-service onboarding tools, a rules-based and effective-dated hierarchy engine, and automated reconciliation for debt management and collections. We also provide a configurable view of advisors for producer management, tools to design incentives through compensation intelligence, and an insights framework for data-driven decisions with carrier-defined KPIs.
