We build an AI-native operating system for insurance distribution management. Our system lets insurance carriers adapt hierarchies, integrate external data, and change compensation strategies without extensive custom development. It offers faster implementation, AI-driven insights and automation, and a scalable architecture for evolving distribution models.
Our key features include automated producer setup with NIPR integration and self-service onboarding tools, a rules-based and effective-dated hierarchy engine, and automated reconciliation for debt management and collections. We also provide a configurable view of advisors for producer management, tools to design incentives through compensation intelligence, and an insights framework for data-driven decisions with carrier-defined KPIs.
