As a Cielo Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle supporting one of our flagship Life Sciences accounts. You will act as a brand ambassador for the client, focusing on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. As a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, you will provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders. You will act as a mentor for Recruiters and other team members.
- Work Location: Xinyi District, Taipei City
- Work Setup: Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week in client’s office
- Language(s): Mandarin (Fluent – required for local stakeholder and candidate communication);
English (Business proficiency – required for regional collaboration)
- Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, from intake through offer, across multiple functions and seniority levels
- Conduct detailed intake discussions with hiring managers, providing market insights and hiring recommendations
- Manage recruitment volumes of approximately 60 hires per year, including a mix of commercial, sales, and corporate roles
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies
- Serve as a trusted recruitment partner to business and HR stakeholders in Taiwan and Hong Kong
- Navigate evolving priorities and transformation initiatives with professionalism and adaptability
- Ensure strong governance, data accuracy, and reporting in line with client expectations
- Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 6–7 years of recruiting experience, ideally in corporate, RPO, or agency environments
- Experience operating independently or as the sole recruiter for a market or business unit
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience with enterprise ATS platforms; Workday experience is an advantage
Industry Background
- Life sciences or pharmaceutical experience is preferred but not mandatory
- FMCG, medical devices, healthcare, or other regulated industries are welcome
Additional Information
- Applicants must have legal authorization to work in Taiwan; visa sponsorship is not available
- Employment will be managed in compliance with Taiwanese labor regulations
