▶︎ Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), and General Ledger (G/L) transactions before processing in SAP.
- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies while maintaining accurate financial records.
- Support month-end closing, financial reporting, and audit preparation.
- Process accounting transactions using SAP and related accounting systems.
- Maintain accounting documentation and ensure confidentiality of financial information.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and company initiatives as required.
▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills
Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Accounting preferred). 2–3 years of general accounting experience. Experience with:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- General Ledger
- Payroll entries
- Bank reconciliations
Experience using SAP or ERP systems. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Business-level English communication. Business-level Japanese communication.
