This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Senior PMO Analyst in the Healthcare sector (PMO) who possesses a strong focus on delivery, along with a deep enthusiasm for PMO, technology, contract, and project management.
We are looking for a skilled Senior PMO Analyst who has a proven history of facilitating the successful execution of complex programs within a fast-paced and dynamic setting. You should be results-oriented and possess a strong commitment to supporting program delivery.
The Senior PMO Analyst will support the coordination and management of PMO activities for all Healthcare programs, as directed by the PMO.
This position calls for an individual who proactively cultivates relationships and collaborates effectively with team members and wider stakeholders to gather and present information accurately, promptly, and consistently.
You will also contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practice standards, work methodologies, and tools that ensure effective project planning, progress tracking, and governance for mission-critical IT programs and projects.

- Active involvement in Steering Committee meetings, including preparation of pack reporting, governance updates, and change reporting

What you will bring:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a PMO Analyst, with a solid and demonstrable understanding of PMO and its related functions.
- Experience in executing PMO assurance activities, with the capability to conduct and facilitate stage-gate reviews, coordinate project health checks and audits as necessary, while offering recommendations and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience in managing information collection to produce accurate, informative reports, and presentations suitable for executive-level audience (Status Reporting, Board meeting reporting, SLT, Monthly Governance reporting, etc.)
- Possess a deep knowledge of project management frameworks, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies, as well as a solid grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project governance specifically tailored for the information technology sector.
- Proficiency with PMO tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, JIRA, and reporting tools
- Formal PM certification (PRINCE2, PMP, PMO/PMBoK, or equivalent)
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reconciliation
- Relevant experience in project management offices (PMOs) within a government environment.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps
