We were founded in 2021 and operate in the software development industry, with 11-50 employees. We specialize in recruiting, hiring, staffing, skilled trades, logistics, customer support, AI, and interviewing.

We developed an AI-powered instant interview solution called Joy to automate time-consuming recruiting tasks. Joy conducts instant voice interviews, automates candidate screening, schedules interviews, and qualifies talent at scale, improving the candidate experience.

Our platform is built for high-volume hiring across sectors such as healthcare, retail, light industrial, and manufacturing. Joy contacts applicants within seconds of their application through AI messages (SMS and email) and guides them through the hiring process. Users can customize interview scripts or use our templates.

Joy operates ²⁴⁄₇, providing human-like voice interviews. It collects structured answers, identifies dealbreakers, and answers candidate questions. After interviews, it delivers instant summaries, recordings, structured data, and transcripts directly to your inbox or integrated Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

We integrate with over 100 ATS platforms, including Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, BambooHR, Jobvite, JazzHR, ICIMS, and Bullhorn. Our solution accelerates hiring, reduces recruiting time, and improves interview conversion rates.

Our founders, Gino, Nick, and Coop, previously developed Bluecrew. This digital staffing platform was acquired by EmployBridge and helped over 1 million hourly workers find jobs. They created Classet to address the challenges of candidate screening in high-volume hiring.
