Schedule: 8-hour shifts within a 24⁄7 operation
Overview
Concord Parking is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Valet to join our team in Richmond, BC. This hybrid role combines front-line customer service with valet and operational responsibilities to ensure a seamless experience for every guest.
As the face of our operation, you will assist customers with check-ins and kiosks, safely manage vehicle movements, maintain accurate records, and help keep daily site operations running efficiently. Responsibilities
Guest Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for in-person, phone, and online customer inquiries
- Assist customers with booking check-ins/check-outs and kiosk navigation
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and clear communication
- Deliver a welcoming and organized customer experience
Valet & Logistics
- Safely operate customer vehicles, including manual transmission vehicles
- Conduct visual vehicle inspections and document fuel levels and odometer readings
- Handle customer keys responsibly and maintain accurate vehicle tracking
- Support efficient traffic flow and vehicle organization onsite
Site Operations
- Maintain a clean, professional, and functional reception area
- Monitor and report maintenance or operational issues
- Complete administrative tasks including reports, emails, and operational documentation
- Support daily operational workflows and communication across the site
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and company protocols
- Maintain consistent radio communication during shifts
- Wear the required uniform and safety equipment
- Immediately report incidents, damages, or operational concerns
Must Have
- Minimum 2 years of full-time customer service or sales experience
- Valid Class 5 Driverβs License held for at least 2 years
- Ability to safely drive manual transmission vehicles
- Clean driving abstract with no more than 2 minor infractions within the past 2 years
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Comfortable using tablets and handheld devices
- Full professional fluency in written and spoken English
- Availability to work 8-hour shifts in a 24⁄7 operation
