We founded Coalesce in 2020 to build a metadata-driven data transformation and governance platform for the AI era. We offer the Coalesce Data Platform, which includes Coalesce Transform and Coalesce Catalog.

Coalesce Transform standardizes and automates data transformations, helping data teams build and deploy them faster. Coalesce Catalog provides AI-powered governance and documentation features for curating and understanding data assets, including metadata management, AI Copilots, and data quality. Our integrated solution helps teams with data discovery, trust, and collaboration. It also accelerates AI-assisted migrations from legacy tools and future-proofs enterprise data architectures by offering guardrails and efficiency for data teams.

Our platform is engineered for cloud data platforms, supporting SQL for data lakehouses. It is compatible with Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Google BigQuery. It addresses key data initiatives like development and scalability, discovery and adoption, modernization and migration, building an AI-ready data foundation, and data quality and governance. We also offer specialized use cases such as accelerating Data Vault 2.0, SAP, Iceberg, Snowflake Cortex, and Data Mesh.
