A technical hiring platform used by over 4,000 organizations globally to evaluate engineering skills.

About CoderPad

We provide a technical hiring platform used by over 4,000 organizations in more than 165 countries. Our platform helps companies hire developers by evaluating actual engineering skills, rather than just test-taking ability. Founded in San Francisco in 2013, we serve customers globally and have facilitated over 4 million technical interviews in more than 99 programming languages.

We offer two main products: CoderPad Screen and CoderPad Interview. CoderPad Screen provides coding assessments based on real-world engineering tasks. CoderPad Interview allows teams to conduct real-time, collaborative coding sessions to assess how candidates code, communicate, and solve problems. Our platform includes AI assistants that understand code context, capturing prompts to offer insight into a candidate’s thought process.

We are SOC-2 Type 2 compliant and integrate with existing hiring tools like Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, Greenhouse, Gem, SAP, and iCIMS. Companies like Shopify, New York Times, Meta, United Airlines, OpenAI, Spotify, LinkedIn, Goldman Sachs, Toyota, Discord, Snowflake, Big Commerce, and Waymo use our platform. We power over 3 million technical evaluations annually, including for more than 20% of the Fortune 100 companies.
