We offer two main products: CoderPad Screen and CoderPad Interview. CoderPad Screen provides coding assessments based on real-world engineering tasks. CoderPad Interview allows teams to conduct real-time, collaborative coding sessions to assess how candidates code, communicate, and solve problems. Our platform includes AI assistants that understand code context, capturing prompts to offer insight into a candidate’s thought process.
We are SOC-2 Type 2 compliant and integrate with existing hiring tools like Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, Greenhouse, Gem, SAP, and iCIMS.
