Job Description
We are seeking a CAD/BIM Engineering Designer with 5+ years of experience to join our team in applying drafting/design skills to a variety of diverse and challenging projects. The successful applicant can expect their workload to include developing drawings in conformance with project specifications, client CAD/BIM standards, scope of work, design parameters, codes, and industry practices. This position provides the opportunity to work with designers and engineers of multiple disciplines to deliver complete and accurate design packages.

Qualifications
Requirements
- Graduation from a certified CAD training program, AA degree from two-year college CAD program, or undergraduate bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
- 5+ years of AEC Revit / BIM experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in coordinating CAD/BIM deliverables across multiple engineering disciplines; experience with MEP and Fire Protection systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and fire alarm systems
- Experience serving as a BIM lead for architectural/engineering projects.
- Autodesk Certification preferred
Approximate Base Salary of $70,000 - $85,000 annually
- Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate
- Competitive end of year discretionary bonus based on company/team/personal performance
- Hybrid Work Schedule (subject to change)
- 401k with maximum of 5% Contribution Matching for 9% Employee Contribution
