We offer an all-in-one financial platform for self-employed entrepreneurs and solopreneurs. Founded in 2020, we provide services like LLC and S Corp formation, payroll management, tax preparation, monthly bookkeeping, and compliance assistance. We are also developing an AI-powered accounting product to automate accounting tasks.

Our mission is to support self-employed individuals with financial services, allowing them to focus on their core work instead of paperwork. We believe in empowering businesses-of-one and sharing the stories of our members.

We offer flexible PTO and 14 company holidays. We cover 100% of medical, dental, and vision for employees, and 75% for dependents.
