Job Description
Modifly, a CourtAvenue company, creates impactful, data-driven media solutions that maximize engagement and growth for our clients. Our team redefines how consumers and brands interact; building seamless, transformative digital experiences powered by performance, creativity, and culture.
Modifly’s Organic Social & Influencer Marketing Internship is designed for graduating college seniors or recent graduates who are ready to apply their education in a real agency environment. You’ll work directly with our social and influencer team to support client campaigns, develop hands-on skills in content strategy and influencer coordination, and contribute to work that moves the needle for brands.
You’ll be mentored by our Associate Director, Social & Influencer, and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of organic social and influencer programs — from strategy and briefing to content review, reporting, and optimization. Our goal is to help you launch your career in social media and influencer marketing.
At Modifly, organic social and influencer work is rooted in data and driven by creativity. We believe the best strategies are built at the intersection of audience insight, platform fluency, and compelling content.
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day management of social media content calendars across client platforms, including UGC integration
Conduct influencer research, vet creators, and build targeted lists aligned with brand goals and audiences
Coordinate influencer deliverables, timelines, and content submissions to keep campaigns on track
Contribute to creative brief development, content strategy, and campaign ideation sessions
Monitor social media channels, track engagement, and compile performance data to support reporting
Support community management efforts, including monitoring comments and maintaining brand voice consistency
Identify trends, platform shifts, and emerging creator opportunities through ongoing research
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (paid media, strategy, creative) to ensure alignment across campaigns
Participate in internal meetings, contributing ideas, and supporting client work across active campaigns
Complete a collaborative intern project with the opportunity to present to the broader Modifly team
Requirements
Graduating senior or recent graduate pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
Genuine passion for social media, digital culture, and creator/influencer marketing.
Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter) and an understanding of how organic content performs across each.
Basic experience with or interest in social media analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, Sprout Social, or similar).
Strong written communication skills with an eye for brand voice, tone, and audience-appropriate content.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and take direction while also showing initiative.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs); experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar) is a plus.
A creative eye and curiosity about what makes content resonate — and why some content doesn’t.
Prior internship, coursework, or personal experience managing social media accounts or influencer content is a plus.
