Job Description
Who is Credible?
Credible is a leading U.S. consumer finance marketplace, transforming the way consumers access and compare financial products. We operate at a consumer and enterprise level. On the consumer side, we help millions of people make smarter financial decisions by comparing personalized, pre-qualified offers across student loans, personal loans, mortgages, credit cards, and insurance โ all without impacting their credit score. On the enterprise side, we power financial product comparison and distribution through deep integrations and partnerships with lenders, insurance carriers, and financial institutions, as well as providing marketplace technology and capabilities to third-party partners and distribution channels.
About the Role
Credible is hiring an AI Solutions Lead to join our AI Enablement team and help define what an AI-native company looks like in practice. You’ll work across Engineering, Product, and the executive team to identify where AI can drive real business impact, then build and deploy the tools, workflows, and standards to make it happen. The role is part strategy and part hands-on building: one day you’re shaping the roadmap with leadership, the next you’re prototyping an agentic workflow or rolling out a new coding assistant to the team.
As a key member of Credible’s Technology department, you’ll own our AI tooling stack end-to-end by evaluating and selecting the right large language models, coding assistants, generative AI tools, and automation platforms, then driving them from proof-of-concept to production. Beyond the tools themselves, you’ll set the quality bar for AI systems at Credible and help shape how teams are structured and how the business operates to take full advantage of what AI makes possible.
Responsibilities
- Define what an AI-native Credible looks like with executives and department leads, and drive the roadmap to achieve that vision
- Shape how Credible builds products and runs core business processes by staying current on AI trends, evaluating new tools, and implementing the most impactful AI-powered features into our product and operations
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams as the subject matter expert to identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency and automation, integrate the right tools into their workflows, and codify best practices across the organization.
- Build and maintain internal documentation, tutorials, and training materials to support AI tool adoption
- Implement tooling, monitor adoption rates, and measure the effectiveness of AI tooling across the company
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical capacity, building products and enabling organizations with AL and/or Machine Learning experience
- A track record of driving AI (or comparable technology) adoption across a team or organization, changing how people work
- Production experience with LLM-based systems (including evaluation, monitoring, and quality measurement), agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar), tool-use protocols like MCP, and selecting and deploying AI coding assistants at organizational scale
- Experience with programming, enterprise level deployment, the Software Development Lifecycle, and enterprise cloud computing platforms.
- Experience designing and implementing AI centric proofs of concept with new tools including: determining cost-benefit, setting success criteria, iterating the products, and integrating them into an enterprise system
- Hands-on experience building agentic workflows and understanding their capabilities and limitations
- Communication skills that effectively convey information in both a technical working session and in non-technical, executive conversations
