Job Description
We are currently looking for an Application Support Engineer to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.
This role acts as a bridge between internal users and development teams, combining application support and technical collaboration.
The services shall be performed remotely in Near-site location allowing to reach Luxembourg city within 2 hours.
Responsibilities:
- User guidance and support regarding the use of the tools, including the GUI and the web service
- Assistance with monitoring and reacting to the functional mailbox
- Follow-up of incidents, user requests and bug reports
- Management and follow-up of user requests
- Coordination of wiki sites, collaborative sites or social networks
- Guidance regarding the use of eTranslation and its related suite of tools as a service and through the API
- Participation in user, service and project meetings
- Elaboration and implementation of relevant support processes
- Attending technical meetings with users
Technical skills:
- Good knowledge of web services
- Ability to respond to user queries efficiently and fast
- Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Analysis and problem solving skills
- Ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skills
- Capability to write clear and structured technical documents
- Ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skills
- Knowledge of web services, java, typescript or python
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- English fluent
