We are currently looking for a ‘Technical Team Leader’ to strengthen or Cronos Europa Team.
Location: Near-site (accessible within 2 hours from Brussels) - Hybrid
Responsibilities
As a Technical Team Lead, you design application architectures, guide development teams, and ensure high‑quality delivery across mission‑critical projects. You serve as the main bridge between project managers, analysts, and developers.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Define and document application architectures.
- Provide technical guidance and support to developers.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security standards.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects on technical choices.
Development & Delivery
- Contribute to core module development (access management, billing, integrations).
- Resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain application stability and evolution readiness.
Coordination
- Act as liaison between PMs, analysts, and development teams.
- Coordinate development activities within Agile workflows.
- Support backlog refinement, estimations, and technical planning.
Technical Environment
- Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Node.js,
- Frontend: Angular/AngularJS, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Methods: Agile/Scrum, automated testing
