Our cloud-based platform helps insurance organizations quantify cyber risk for underwriting, policy placement, and aggregation management. It offers insights on millions of companies globally, including models for thousands of technology failure points. We use artificial intelligence (AI) and a multidisciplinary team to provide data, analytics, and expertise.

We started as a division of Symantec in 2015 and became a standalone company in 2018. We are backed by investors, including Morgan Stanley Tactical Value, Forgepoint Capital, HSCM Bermuda, MTech Capital, individuals from Stone Point Capital, Scott G. Stephenson, and Spectrum Equity. We have over 100 clients, including firms that represent over two-thirds of the global cyber (re)insurance market by premium. Our analytics are used by 75% of the top 40 European and US cyber insurance carriers, 70% of the top ten reinsurance brokers, and 50% of the top 20 reinsurance carriers. Overall, our solutions model over 70% of global cyber premiums.
