We provide personalized, clinician-backed care for a range of digestive health issues through our virtual health platform.

Established in 2021, we operate as an employer-sponsored benefit, serving over 100,000 individuals. Our services cover conditions such as Bloating, Celiac Disease, Constipation, Crohn’s Disease, Gas, GERD, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), IBD, Nausea, SIBO, Stress, Weight Management, and Women’s Digestive Health.

Our platform offers tailored support, customizable plans, and personalized goals. Members receive access to curated courses, personalized microbiome testing and results, custom diet and lifestyle plans, and tracking features. Our care team includes gastroenterologists, internists, Registered Dietitians, and Health Coaches. We offer flexible appointment times and unlimited access to resources, including ²⁴⁄₇ emergency care.

Our approach is supported by clinical evidence: 91% of members report improved GI symptoms, 92% see an improved quality of life, and our care team satisfaction score is 89%. We operate as a remote-first company with 51 to 200 employees. Our culture is collaborative, supportive, and dynamic, with a strong focus on our members and their impact. To foster collaboration and connections, we host an annual in-person summit for all full-time employees.

We offer a remote-first work environment within the U.S., with some technical roles available in British Columbia, Canada for Canadian citizens.
