Overview
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will serve as a key liaison between business users and the Digital team, focused on HR and financial systems with NetSuite and ADP at the core. In this hands-on role, you will provide helpdesk support, manage access requests, coordinate system enhancements, and ensure quality through testing and user acceptance efforts. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across Finance, HR, and broader business functions to balance day-to-day support with continuous process improvement initiatives.
This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about bridging technology, business processes, and user experience, supporting core ERP and HRIS systems along with specialized platforms like FloQast, Rillion, Trakstar, Nexonia, and more.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for system enhancement requests, gathering business requirements, and collaborating with Digital and stakeholders to design solutions.
- Manage and coordinate Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes, updates, and integrations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Finance, HR, and Operations to understand business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement system optimizations.
- Assist in system configuration, role/permission management, and reporting within supported platforms, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Support onboarding and training initiatives for new users and system updates.
- Maintain documentation of processes, enhancements, and testing procedures to ensure institutional knowledge is retained.
- Monitor system health and performance, identifying issues proactively, and escalating as needed.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal Digital teams to support integrations, system configuration updates (e.g., roles, workflows, business rules), platform upgrades, testing, deployment, and resolution of technical or data issues.
- Provide helpdesk support for HRIS and ERP systems, including troubleshooting, training, and access management for tools such as NetSuite and ADP.
Qualifications
Required
- 3–5+ years of experience supporting HRIS and/or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, ADP, FloQast, Trakstar).
- Experience with Tier 1 user support, access management, and training coordination.
- Strong skills in gathering business requirements and translating them into system enhancements.
- Hands-on experience coordinating QA and UAT for system updates or integrations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with common HR and financial processes (payroll, accounting, expense management, and talent management).

Preferred
- Experience in multi-entity or multi-system environments.
- Knowledge of system integration tools or APIs.
- Familiarity with SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Prior experience with systems such as NetSuite, ADP, FloQast, Rillion, Trakstar, Nexonia, or similar.
Location: The location for this role is for Durham, NC. Our team operates on a hybrid schedule, with in-office schedule of three days per week.
