We’re looking for a Graduate Process & Systems Analyst to join our Project Services/PMO team and help drive improvements across documentation, workflows, automation, and AI‑enabled opportunities.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys analysing how things work, asking good questions, thinking logically, and contributing fresh ideas. You don’t need years of experience — just curiosity, initiative, and a genuine interest in the world of systems, data, and process improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
Analyse and document business processes across Project Services
Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and efficiency
Explore practical applications of AI tools and modern workflows
Support the team with mapping processes
Review data flows and understand how enterprise systems connect
Assist with creating documentation, templates, and process improvements
Contribute ideas and support continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Technical Skills
Understanding of business process mapping/modelling
Data literacy and basic analytical capability
Systems thinking — ability to understand how tools connect and how data flows
Familiarity with workflow/forms tools and general integration concepts
Soft Skills
Comfortable working with ambiguity or evolving scope
Strong logical reasoning
Excellent attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication
Self‑starter who uses initiative
Reliable and diligent work ethic
Nice‑to‑Have
Exposure to AI tools and interest in practical ways AI can improve processes
Understanding of PMO or project delivery environments
Experience with enterprise tools (PSA, PPM, or workflow platforms)
