Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of PSG orders across internal systems and vendor portals, maintaining order ETA information in NetSuite, and completing warranty registrations to support customer and operational requirements
What you’ll do
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for (but not limited to):
- Processing of all PSG orders in SITC.
- Processing orders on Vendor Portal websites, ensuring correct and complete submission.
- Maintaining and updating ETA’s on orders in NetSuite, including reviewing changes and following up as required.
- Completing warranty registrations accurately and within required timeframes.
- Maintaining accurate order and warranty records, ensuring data integrity across systems.
What you’ll bring
- Sound administrative and order processing knowledge.
- Understanding of order lifecycle, ETA management and data accuracy requirements.
- 2+ years in an order processing / customer service / administrative role.
- High attention to detail and strong data entry accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong time management with the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced MS Office skills
