About the Role (your why)
Our Consulting Services team is at the heart of working with our clients to develop meaningful, long-lasting solutions that help our customers thrive. As a Senior Consultant, you’ll be leading engagements with our clients, working with our teams and mentoring junior team members. You’ll work closely with senior staff from client organisations, bringing your experience defining business problems and working with stakeholders to design solutions to ensure a well-embedded and adopted future state.

What you’ll do
As a Senior Consultant you will be focused on:
Leading engagement with senior client stakeholders to define requirements and develop solutions.
Deliver business consultancy, business analysis, organisational change management and operating model/organisational design projects.
Contributing to pre-sales and business development activities across all our lines of business.
Managing the cost, schedule, and quality of project activities to ensure delivery meets customer requirements.
Coaching, mentoring, and overseeing the delivery work of junior consultants.
Promoting and implementing a health and safety culture aligned with Datacom policies.
As an agile consulting organisation, we adapt to changing customer needs, emerging technologies, and evolving priorities, which means this role will continue to grow and change as our clients and services do.
What you’ll bring
Required experience:
5+ years’ experience in a business and/or management consulting environment.
Ability to lead collaborative teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Working knowledge of business analysis, organisational change management, operating model and or organisational design approaches.
Excellent communication, facilitation, problem solving, and consulting skills.
Finance management knowledge, with understanding of costs, utilisation, and project revenue to manage tight schedules and cost targets
Experience leading multi‑stream or complex transformation programmes
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Commerce, or related discipline.
Demonstrated ability to align client business objectives with practical, achievable solution outcomes.
