About the Role:
Focus: AI Strategy & Frontend Architecture
We are seeking a visionary Tech Lead to spearhead our most ambitious technical roadmap yet. As we kick off our AI-accelerated projects for the new financial year, you will be the architectural lighthouse for the software development team.
We need a leader who is a UI specialist at heart—someone obsessed with the craft of the user interface and dedicated to building seamless, intuitive experiences for our AI tools. You will balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on coding, ensuring our move to Micro Frontends provides the agility needed to lead the market in AI integration.
What You’ll Do:
- Technical Strategy: Define the architectural roadmap for our AI initiatives, focusing on scalability through Micro Frontends.
- Leading from the Front: Act as the subject-matter expert for React and C#/.NET, setting the gold standard for code quality and UI performance.
- AI Delivery: Oversee the technical delivery of AI-powered features, ensuring they are integrated seamlessly into our existing ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Management: Bridge the gap between product vision and technical execution, communicating complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Growth: Build a high-performing software development culture through technical coaching, architectural reviews, and talent development.
What You’ll Bring:
- Architectural Mastery: Deep experience architecting complex React applications and a proven track record of implementing Micro Frontends (MFE) at scale.
- Fullstack Excellence: Expert-level knowledge of the Microsoft .NET stack (C#) and building enterprise-grade APIs.
- AI Curiosity: A strong interest in AI/ML integration—you know how to build the pipes and the interfaces that make AI valuable to the end-user.
- Infrastructure: Experience with Cloud architecture (Azure/AWS), containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), and modern DevOps practices.
- Leadership: Prior experience leading software development squads or teams in an Agile environment.
