As a Technical Lead specialising in Integration, you’re not just keeping systems talking. You’re at the cutting edge of how modern enterprises connect, automate, and intelligently orchestrate their digital ecosystems — and how AI is transforming the way we do all of it.
You’ll lead high-performing teams through complex integration challenges for some of the region’s most significant organisations — setting the technical bar, making the hard calls, and bringing clarity to complexity. If you love going deep technically, lead by example, and want to be at the forefront of AI-enabled integration — not reading about it, but building it — this is your role.
What You’ll Do
Technical Leadership & Delivery
- Lead integration delivery teams across complex, end-to-end implementations.
- Set and uphold technical standards, patterns, and best practices.
- Be the go-to technical authority — unblocking problems, reviewing code, and making architecture decisions that matter.
- Own delivery quality across the full SDLC, from design through to production.
Integration Design & Development
- Design and build robust, scalable, and secure integration solutions across a modern toolset.
- Apply API-led connectivity, event-driven architecture, and asynchronous messaging patterns at enterprise scale.
- Apply AI tooling within your own workflow and help your team do the same — from code generation to automated testing to smarter monitoring.
- Help shape Datacom’s growing AI-in-integration capability and be one of the people who can say: “I helped build that.”
Mentoring & Team Growth
- Coach and grow engineers at all levels — sharing knowledge, building confidence, and lifting capability across the practice.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, quality, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
Technical Expertise
- 5+ years delivering enterprise integration solutions, with 1–2+ years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms — MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, Kafka, Solace, Kong, Dell Boomi, Java Spring.
- Strong API design — REST, versioning, security, governance, and documentation.
- DevOps and CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git CI/CD), Cloud (Azure or AWS), and Containers (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AKS, EKS).
- Practical experience applying AI tools in an engineering or integration context is a genuine advantage — we want to grow this together.

- Experience in regulated or enterprise industries (government, finance, health).
- Exposure to pre-sales, solution shaping, or client-facing consulting.
- Familiarity with emerging AI frameworks relevant to integration workflows.
